Mason Wright was formerly a well-respected astronaut for the Merritt City Space Station, until a career ending injury from an accident on his most recent mission, left him spending his remaining days as a guide for the Space Station. Coincidently, the accident resulted in an exploding meteor, which projected a radioactive fragment directly at the vicinity of Merritt City. This is where the story begins... The power of the meteor fragment caused changes not expected, nor understood, as Mason developed the ability to control sonic waves, giving him extreme speed, strength, and the ability to fly - like a dart. Hence becoming the hero, Dartman. But Mason was not the only one. Other citizens of Merritt City experienced strange evolutions due to the fragment's explosion, only their changes were not necessarily for the good of the city. Dartman has much to do to save the Merritt City from this new rogue of villains. Let the chaos begin.
